“Would go back in a heartbeat!”
The hotel was very freshly done and seemed in almost new condition. The rooms were immaculate. The front desk readily moved us to a first floor location - due to my husband's inability to 'do' stairs. There were very nice restaurants nearby - the breakfast area was very nice with fresh coffee 24 hours. If we are every passing this way again we would stay at this location/motel without hesitation.

Great place to get a good night's sleep. Nice bed, good breakfast, nice staff.

This is an older hotel that surpasses it"s newer neighbor the Fairfield Inn. The Best Western is very clean, comfortable beds, great value! It looks like the owners really care!

The hotel was adequate and close to the location I needed.

I was at Frankfort on business. The motel was convenient to my meetings. It worked well for me. I stay there five to six times per year.
“Great value”
We have stayed at the BW Parkside many times. It is an older motel which one must consider, but it is quiet, clean, great staff, good location, and the price is definately right!
“Easter weekend”
I only rated the comfort of the room low because the bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. With just normal sleeping, two people in a king bed had the bottom sheet corners loose on both sides by morning. It's quite uncomfortable to wake up and find yourself laying on the mattress instead of the sheet, This happened on both nights we stayed there and after the first night I asked maid service while we were away for the day (but not specifically to change the sheets, so I don't know for sure whether there were different sheets on the bed the second night). Otherwise the room was fine.
“Unhappy in Frankfort”
The hotel staff was not knowledgeable with their proceedures or with their computers. While the front staff was very friendly and apologetic the general manager when called was rude and belligerent.

Hotel was convenient... room was clean... stay was fine
