I had read the reviews about hearing people talk later at night, and yes that is very true.
I would recommend that you serve bread with the breakfast choice not just bangles .
When we arrived staff clerk was very nice, polite and accommodating. The morning clerk didn’t even acknowledge with a smile or good morning. Asked if we were checking out .

I must say, for the price this was a very nice stay. The bed was actually more comfortable than the one we had stayed at for three nights prior at a Hampton Inn. The hotel is a bit dated, but still had things like USB charging ports for today's tech. The shower was also better than the Hampton Inn we had stayed at, as the shower head was a SPEAKMAN and at a functional height.
The breakfast could have been more robust, but to even have 'breakfast' for the price is a plus. We will likely stay again the next time we are in Richmond.

Great looking hotel, very clean only flaw is it took a while for water to get hot in the shower I’m taking 10 minutes or so and there was loud sound the toilet would make but you close the door and it wouldn’t bother you

Walked into the bathroom and my shoes stuck to the floor. Had to put a towel on the floor. The fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane. Tub looked dirty. Didn’t even shower.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Josh. He was very welcoming and took care of us quickly.
Once we got to the room, our toilet didnt flush properly, the carpets needed some cleaning and our door had a huge gap at the top where our whole hand could fit through.
Josh was very apologetic and quickly offered to have us switch rooms. The second room was much better, with comfy beds.

Hotel was okay, convenient to highway, very friendly staff, clean bed and towels. Bathroom, however, is very small and outdated. Ceiling tile had water damage. Toilet is old and lower in stance for those who may prefer a higher height. Breakfast had nice selection.

Black water stuff came out of the faucet when turned on. Apparently there was some leak that had been fixed and caused this. No hot water and the tub was unsafe, felt like I was going to fall through it. Staff was nice but will never stay here again.
