“Great hotel/room; not so great pillows”
The hotel and staff were great! Very nice! The only complaint we had was the pillows were not very comfortable and the couch was a bit hard. Advice: Take your own pillows and don't flop down on the couch...haha! We would for sure stay there again.
“Fantastick”
Everything was great, never had this much joy in a hotel stay, cannot think of one bad thing to say about our stay. If we ever have a chance to stay at this hotel chain again, cost will be no part of it.
“Definitely Worth Staying”
Situated close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel had a very welcome feel, and the rooms gave you a nice sitting room devided away from the sleeping arrangements. The price was competitive with other hotels. However, this hotel provided a level up from the other hotels. I would definitely stay here again.
“Kentucky Audit”
During my stay, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Although the hotel's complimentary breakfast was limited in food, the hotel is close to McDonalds, Outback, and other restaurants and shopping centers. The room was very spacious and accessible to ice machine, stairs, and elevator. Although the elevator created some noise during my last night, my overall stay in Lexington Hyatt was very pleasant.

Beautiful room and hotel. Very up to date, great breakfast, fantastic large room with great big flat screen tv.
“Very comfortable stay”
Hotel was situated right off main interstate, very convenient after driving for hours. Lots of food choices all around. Minor inconvenience of fan not operating and having to use air conditioning to get some air circulating in room. Seemed to be leak from unit as carpet was wet and a little musty. Otherwise, very nice, new feel to room. Don't really like sink outside bathroom as it is hard to sleep while someone is right in front of the bed using it.

“Better than I expected”
We travel often & I was apprehensive when booking this hotel, just because we had never stayed at the Hyatt Place. I was extremely happy with the decor and comfort of our room. If sleeping in, you may want to contact the front desk when the room is free to be serviced. The location is quite convenient for shopping and restaurants.

We always choose the Hyatt as our preference while traveling. We have always had a good experience during our stay. The staff is alway helpful and friendly.
