"We found the room clean, it was nice and quiet. The water temperature for the shower and hand sink could have been hotter but we survived Did not take advantage of the breakfast bar or pool. Located near a lot of restaurants"

"The staff was nice and pleasant. The Hotel itself is GROSS. We stand on the second floor of a three stoy building it rained during the night and we woke up to very leaking ceiling. The room it’s smelled funny the carpet and looked horrible. The free breakfast was gross they served hot dogs and tasteless cheese omelette and spoiled milk. When we checked we asked if they thought we were going to pay full price. The staff was very friendly and polite. But because we choose the third-party app, it was extremely hard to get a refund. In fact, we could not get a refund and have to go through Expedia to get a refund which is still an have been unable to do.. Hotels are horrible. I would never stay there again and I’ll never use Expedia. They jacked up the price and I’m having a hard time getting a refund if I could lower than one store I would."

"Annabelle Gardens felt like home! My kids and I want to go back! The pool and surrounding area was beautiful with fun games! We loved the rooms/suites and having a surprise washer/dryer! The free breakfast with homemade pastries, waffles, pancakes. scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc. was perfect! Having free coffee, hot chocolate, soft serve ice cream, and slushees all day long was such a treat. We also loved having the snack store with the best choices and prices I’ve seen! The entire staff was super friendly and inviting! We have never stayed somewhere like Annabelle Gardens!"
