Lovely accommodation, albeit with basic facilities. Ideal for a stay in the city, convenient for the attractions , shopping etc Breakfast of pastries and drinks was included which was a nice touch Clean accommodation , courteous staff

A really lovely stay very clean room with all you could need very impressive shower Staff were amazing Felt very safe with security locked front door Parking discount The only downside was the room never warmed up as heating not on but other than that would recommend

2nd time I’ve stayed here as the hotel is excellent great location lovely staff the rooms are brand new so everything works and it’s beautifully clean, so it’s understandably expensive but I was happy to pay as the 1st time I stayed it was so quiet unfortunately this time I was in a smaller room without a towel rail in the bathroom and the noise in the room kept me awake it was strange water running noises, I could hear the other guests as they came back to their rooms and the street outside sounded like the bins were being collected constantly Due to the amazingly comfortable bed I still got some sleep but I am gutted that I will have to continue my search for a dependable quiet hotel in Liverpool
