Travelers should know that 11 Cadogan Gardens actually has two hotels, one of which is updated (and more modern looking), and Draycott is very traditional and classic (and arguably more dated). I am not sure how Expedia or hotel management assigns rooms to travelers, but I got a room in the Draycott Hotel.
Room: It was a large room inside the draycott, definitely one of the biggest I've ever stayed at in London. The washroom was also impressively large, with double sinks, a full tub and separate shower. Just like the rest of the property, the room is classic british, but somewhat dated.
Housekeeping took longer than expected to prepare our room but seeing the size afterwards I could see why.
Location in the Chelsea district, lots of streets to walk around in and slightly less busy than other parts of London, has a more residential feel which can be a nice retreat after a long day of sight seeing.
