“Weekend in London”

Staff were great, hotel is cute and very nice. Not like the big corporate hotels. Great location for shops and food. Will stay there again .

“Stay At Charlotte Street”

We were to stay at the Charlotte Sreet Hotel, but a few hours before the hotel calle me to say due to an illness (previous guest) they did not have a room for us. They offered to transfer us to their sister hotel, the Convent Garden. After a little prompting they also uogarded us to a suite and offered a complimentary stay at the Charlotte Street. All very genrous. Our suite at the Convent Garden was fantatstic. How often to do get a room so big where you can loose your partner? Service was great, room freat etc. The only draw back was they charge you for wifi! Now if you are paying what is the equiv to your monthly mortgage payment per night for a room, where is the logic in charging for wifi that a lot of pubs and or coffee bars can offer for free? I dont see the logic. Parking was also extortionate at £39.50 for 1 night. Lastly the breakfast - a mere £40.00 was not good. I have better in many cafes' Come on Covent Garden get the little things right - they make a huge diffrence and count towards the overall experience.
