Poor service from staff, on several occasions it was near impossible to get assistance with basic needs such as bathroom amenities like toilet paper, towels, and soap. There is no phone or way to communicate to reception from your room. Therefore you need to descend all the way to the lobby to then ask a reluctant and disgruntled employee for basic supplies.
The room is very small and difficult to manage with bags. The bathroom was tiny and covered in mold and had no shelves or area for storage or toiletries. The sink basin was incredibly small so washing your hands, brushing your teeth or just getting ready would create a mess of water throughout the space.
The bedroom was small and carpet was stained and clearly not well cleaned in a very long time. Bed sheets and linens were incredibly thin and scratchy. When we asked for an additional sheet to use, the receptionist was unwilling and unable to get us proper linens. When asked for a Queen/Double sized linen, the staff after approximately 90 minutes arrived with a twin sized set which was unusable.
There is no central AC, only a small noisy, and dirty portable unit that is attached to the wall.
For the exuberant pricing, you would expect at least basic service and cleanliness from what they advertise and charge for these rooms. We will not and cannot recommend this hotel after an overall horrible stay. The only positive is the location of the property.
