Room was small but adequate and clean. The view was of an alleyway FULL of garbage. Great neighborhood. Right across street from Hyde Park - lovely. Bus system great. Easy access to the sights.

Stayed there a few times over the years. Rooms were always small but location was terrific. This time i booked a executive larger room. Upon arrival, i noticed the outside and interior have degraded significantly since i stayed before 2020. The executive room was room 252, main level, large and spacious but rather outdated. Also, the walls were not sound proof and every night noisy, a homeless person was sleeping directly outside our window only 3 ft away from out bed inside the hotel. Hopefully, this hotel will improve as we enjoy the area. also, missed the piano player..

This hotel does not match the photos. Linens were dirty, carpet was stained and dirty. It was horribly outdated and it almost looked, smelled as if it had flooded as the wood was damaged through our whole floor and the carpet had terrible staining.

The Corus Hotel Hyde Park staff, especially manager Dante Domingo, were very helpful and professional. I had nice interactions with everyone working there at the lobby and restaurant. The location is stellar right on Hyde Park, easy to walk to the underground at Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station. Good restaurants around.

Booked this hotel because they advertised they had air conditioning the first 3 nights I was there my air conditioning was not working only the heat and they kept saying they would fix it or look into it and never did until I finally requested to be switched to a new room. Definitely would not stay here again.

Hyde Park was a wonderful location to stay. We walked the city everyday, but the Lancaster Gate station was 5 mins from hotel if we needed. Easy to get to from Heathrow via the new Elizabeth Line and a transfer to the Central Line. Room was not fancy and lacked maintenance, but was comfortable and cleaned daily. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast in the conservetory was a lovely view. The breakfast itself was not so wonderful. The eggs were unedible and the selections beyond the full English were slim. We tried the full english once and that was enough. Extremely bland.

It was in an excellent location very close to tube station, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable also the toilet didn’t flush very well and not very clear on check out time

This hotel was very lovely. The room was small but had everything you need and nothing you didn't. A very efficient use of space. The only drawback was the temperature control. It didn't seem to work properly and the room was quite stuffy. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, the food was prepared well and arrived quickly.

It was nice and clean and had what we needed, a little bit more basic than expected. The room was quite small but we only stayed one night so was fine for us. The man on the reception desk could have been a bit friendlier and also mentioned what time and where breakfast was the next morning, as there were no paperwork in the room to explain this either. Very convenient and great location though.

A small room with an uncomfortable bathroom (totally inconvenient for tall person) and non-working water temperature regulation. The bed and linen are perfect! An excellent location!

So close to the tube station, staff friendly. Our room was business room & was very small, nowhere to put clothes or suitcase. The sliding mirror on wardrobe wasnt even attached & as i have a disability on my hand it was difficult to acess the few hangers or tea/coffee facilities & safe. The hotel room doors wrte very dilapidated on the outsides & could do with new & carpets in hallways very old

Comfortable two night stay. Hotel is tired in places and a smile on check in would be nice but our room was fine, breakfast great and the hotel was exactly where we wanted to stay. We would definitely return

Honestly it looks great on the outside, but the inside is outdated. They had to "reinstate" my reservation even though I did a check in email letting them know I was arriving after 12pm. Then the room was freezing. I called down for an extra blanket, but they only said housekeeping was closed so I slept in my coat. The following days were fine, but don't expect any extras here. This place is literally for sleeping only. The location is great for the tube, but the 4 stars I saw were generous. I'd give it 2.5 at best. However, the reception was great beside the blanket ordeal.
