Staff were friendly. However, the room was the size of the bed and about 1m squared. No shelves or anywhere to put luggage so there wasn’t anywhere to stand/ get ready which made the experience really difficult. No windows which made it feel extra enclosed and the air con is controlled from the desk three floors down, which wasn’t ideal either. The bathroom had old hairs in, so overall it was quite disappointing unfortunately.

Extremely dated and uncomfortable, but great area.
Stayed in Easyhotels before in Liverpool and it is modern and comfortable. Unfortunately this one isn’t. It was a really small double room with the bed crammed into a corner, so all night long my wife had to climb over me if she wanted to use the toilet, which was exactly what you would find in an old caravan. The receptionist Isreal was very friendly and offered to give us a late checkout for free, however he obviously didn’t tell the cleaner who woke us up at 10am to tell us we should have left. Great area though, but you couldn’t spend more than one night in the room. We stayed in a Premier Inn the night before which was £40 for a huge ultra modern room, were this one was £90.

Tiny rooms - and I mean TINY
Good safe location. Just a few mins from Kensington High St. Tubes and buses close by. Hotel has a lot of steps to access the building so good knee joints are a must. Room has a comfortable small UK double bed. And thats it. No furniture, just two hooks. At best, this double room is ok for one person. For two, ok only if you have no luggage (as there is no space for luggage) and packed lightly. We were a couple and did only sleep in room. Out at 8am and back about 11pm. This is a very basic room and you can only move one step before banging into the bed or the wall. Tiny, Tiny, Tiny. For about £20 more you can get a Hub-Premier Inn room and its a million times better than this. Try a Hub-Premier Inn room before booking here. This is a last resort hotel. Having said that, it was clean. Staff were friendly. We were also advised about Breakfast for £6 each in hotel next door. It was actually £7+ service charge and I wouldnt recommend it. McDonalds breakfast is quicker and cheaper.

Pros: The hotel is in a good neighborhood close to nice restaurants and the tube is walking distance (0.3 miles to earl's ct, gloucester road) Cons: no elevator and if your room is on the 4th story you have to walk up with your luggage. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to help me though. The room was pretty much a capsule hotel room with room for just the bed. The bathroom was tiny and the shower drain wasn;t working. Next time I will just pay a 100 quid extra and get a proper hotel room

Well we can't complain about the size of the rooms as we knew what we were going for. But the state if the bedding was disgusting. Especially when we stripped the top sheet off in the morning. Please see stains and black mould on pillows.

Small but cheap for London, great location!
Great location and cheaper for this area, expect small room and ‘coziness’ then you will be ok. We did not have a window but room did not feel claustrophobic.

Poor - won’t be back
Appreciate it’s a budget hotel in London so didn’t mind it being a bit cramped and small, but the cleanliness was poor, the electrical sockets were hanging off the wall and the room was freezing cold. Worst of all, a leak coming through the ceiling on the first night soaked all our clothes (which were on two hooks - the full extent of any storage space) and all over the floor - near said electrical sockets which is obviously a huge hazard. When I told reception the reply was “well can you manage?”, we got another room in the end but not great.

Small was expected but it was stupidly hot and noisy. The first room we were given the toilet door didn’t shut and when we asked to move it was clear this is a known issue. The location is good but that’s about the only positive.

Was a lot smaller than we was hoping for. Stayed at the easy hotel in Milton Keynes and loved it but this was completely different. Could hear everything going on next door. However it is described as small so can’t complain, was only used as a place to sleep so was satisfactory

It's small and cosy but that's the whole point. The rooms have 24/7 air conditioning making this the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for a long time.

The hotel does not have a lift, so if you’re on the 4th floor like us it’s a hike up! TV in the room does not work.. rooms are so small it’s not suitable for two people. It wasn’t cleaned during our stay so rubbish piled up and we were left with the same towels for the duration of our visit. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very small rooms and a bit stinky
The room had quite a whiff of drains which was not pleasant, and there was no hot water (4 of us stayed in 4 different rooms, no-one had hot water). Extremely small rooms, no carpet, mains points under the shower at the end of the bed (not exactly convenient for phones), no bedside table since the wall is right against the bed on one side and a 6 inch gap on the other

Really great budget hotel if you aren’t claustrophobic! Staff are very friendly and great location. My only fault with it is that I wanted to have a hot shower and there hasn’t been any hot water 😢

This is truly the worst hotel I've ever been to. I stayed at easyHotel in Amsterdam and absolutely loved it, which is the only reason I booked the stay at this one. Although this hotel is in a great neighborhood, behind it's doors is a completely different story. We arrived around 9pm and checked in. The issue was the dirty sink, dirty shower, and absolutely disgusting bed. The first two pillows had beige stains on it. The second two pillows had small blood stains on the corners of it. When lifting up the comforter from the bed, I saw pubic hair throughout the bed. Taking a closer look at the bed, I saw stains as well. When I went into the bathroom, I saw there was stains on the sink and hair at the bottom of the shower. when I tried to get out of the bathroom the door handle broke and I got stuck in there. This is where I knew this hotel was absolute trash. It took my boyfriend 10 minutes to get me out. We went to talk to the person who checked us in and asked for a different room. When we explained what happened and asked for a different room his response was " Whats wrong?". I repeated the issues and he said there were no other rooms left and he can give me a refund. We grabbed our things and left. We got put in the position to try to find another hotel at 10pm in the middle of an unfamiliar place. Called this hotel the next day to confirm refund and they were so rude. They do not have any cleaning standards and horrible customer service. Stay as far away as possible.

Disappointing experience
The room was beyond smaller than expected, no air to make up for there not being any windows. The shower was clogged and it flooded into our room. When i told the front desk he seemed bothered by it. I asked for towels to clean up the mess and he gave me 1, no one ever came to fix it either. Also the card reader on the door stopped working our last night and they told us not to leave the room if we wanted back in. Im sure there are better hotels around for the money, I'd definitely do research before choosing. We will not be staying here again thats for sure.

Budget hotel not clean
Although we realised this was a budget hotel the room was dirty, the shower plug hole was full of hair and scum, the window seal was chipped and dirty, the bed uncomfortable and the floor unclean. The staff were polite but overall this was a very disappointing stay.

Does what it says
Great over night stay, yes the room was tiny, but that was expected from the website booking description and price, just wanted somewhere to sleep and shower after a full on sight seeing day, so just what I needed. Bed was super comfy, room very dark and quiet. Shower/basin and toilet all very compact but all you needed. Yes it's not the Savoy, but your not paying Savoy price. Room clean and staff friendly
