Great hotel with. Lovely breakfast and staff at breakfast time we lovely and friendly. Fairly easy access to central London. I would return to this hotel if staying in London in the future
Nice stay, handy for the Excel. Good pub and Chinese restaurant within walking distance.

Good hotel to stay at to attend Excel event.
Breakfast was busy, but they do warn you and there are lots of staff on hand to turn tables round.
Room good size as was the bathroom. Both clean. Shower good power and temp with toiletries.

Work van broken into in the car park. Beware. There was old broken glass on the floor elsewhere so obviously not the first break in. Staff really didn’t care either. As expected as the service really lets this place down.

Great location for the ExCel. Approx 15 mins walk.
Breakfast was great, rooms were clean.
Only downsides is that there was a lot of litter near the building from the property close by, and the area felt a bit unloved.
There is also no convenience store near the hotel, but a full range of snacks and drinks can be bought at reception.

It was ok, the staff in the restaurant were a bit abrupt
Near transport on the DLR had good access nearby to get O2 Arena.
Limited food outlets in the area though. Plan your journey incase of delays on transport however was a good service.
The staff were all great. The beds weren’t super comfortable but it was a very clean, friendly and quiet place to stay. There was a large variety for breakfast as well.
Hotel was lovely. Staff amazing. Rooms were very clean & spacious. Disability rooms were first class & hotel responded very quickly when I'd had an accident. Will definitely recommend and stay again
The staff are lovely, there is nothing I could fault. But the rooms, where they’re clean(ish) and look nice, are very uncomfortable.
The beds are hard as bricks, chairs stained and heating makes such a horrid noise, it needs to be turned off - leaving you in the freezing cold.
Do not recommend for a comfortable night.

I booked 2 rooms and ended up being placed on floor 4 and floor 7.
Before arriving, I called and I was told my request to be on the same floor will be looked at. Upon arrival, I was told this is not going to be possible, and that the manager who picked up the call could have done it at the time, but they didn't.

Small room but have necessary amenities. No shops or eating places within walking distance. Had to buy a 50p power adaptor for £7.95 which should be available for loan during the stay.
For a $150-200 a night hotel, breakfast is very basic and not much flavor or options.
The hotel was perfectly placed for our visit to the Excel, just a short walk away. Plenty of parking opposite,£12/24hrs. Every staff member we met were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good if a little hectic being situated in a small cul de sac but it was a busy time.
Hotel itself was great! The reception staff were extremely helpful whenever I needed anything (unfortunately not the same for the kitchen staff) and the room was super comfortable and spacious for the price
My only downside was the breakfast was limited and when I asked for gluten free bread I was given fridge cold bread and told to warm it up in the same machine used for normal bread covered in crumbs, which I couldn’t do as I have an allergy
Travel in and out of central London and tourist hot spots were quite lengthy from the hotel but great being next to an airport if that’s what you needed it for
