“wonderful wonderful”
Lovely warm inviting place the staff were wondreful could not fault them in any way the surroundings were lovely.
“Enjoyed stay”
Expedia said we would have rooms with garden views, but both rooms had a view of the fence. One real problem, there were 3 of us at breakfast 2 of us were served our cooked breakfast ok but the other person for some unknow reason had to wait 20-30 mins even after informing staff several times, also the table had not been reset from the previous guest. Overall though very happy with hotel and would certainly stay again, staff were very helpful and friendly.

very helpfull staff shuttle car supplied to and from tube station until about 6 or 7 pm we had breakfast in bed on both days and was very good would recommend very handy for london and no hassle at all

I stay at Hendon Hall often. It is an oasis in North West London and very good value for money.

Good location - buses to Golders Green Tube go about every 12 mins Easy access from M1/A1. Quiet location. Good car park; Rooms spacious; very good restaurant; excellent cooked breakfast. Staff very helpful; quick check in/check out. Based in 18C building, tastefully turned into a 4* hotel. Highly recommended - good value for money
“Superb experience for a London hotel”
I can't compliment the staff of the hotel enough for making us feel welcome and answering the questions that we had. The room was a little small but was very comfortable, had an iron, a decent hairdryer, excellent refreshments and good tv. The breakfast choices were superb and the garden was an added bonus as somewhere to sit in and to enjoy the (amazingly for this time of year!) sun. Access to the hotel is best with a car I'd guess (no nearby tube stops)

Easy to find,Very quiet and welcoming,staff were very polite and helpful,rooms comfortable,bed was very comfortable.Food could have been hotter and quicker but I believe the chef never turned up!! to be fair.Its 20mins to the nearest underground walking or £5 by taxi .A very comfortable and friendly 2 days had.Not forgetting the Fantastic history and paintings around the place.Used to be a girls school centurys ago.worth a visit.
“Lovely break”
Very pleasant staff. On arrival we were moved to a double room as we had been booked to a twin room. The move was perfect for us. The first room smelt of cigarette smoke so we were pleased. The food was lovely. As it was Easter break my son went on an egg hunt which was his 'high light' for the visit to London. The exterior of the hotel needs an uplift which was not a problem as such. I would recommend the hotel.
“Well worth knowing about”
A really conveniently situated hotel to get to from the M1, and for easy rail access into central London. Very poor experience with breakfast on New Year's Day, but maybe the chef had a hangover! Complaint dealt with promptly, and full cost deducted without argument. The room was really comfortable and the beautiful building is set off with manicured gardens which must be a picture in the summer.
