“Very good hotel if you have business in the area or need easy access to M1”
I stayed at the hotel for a few days and was very satisfied with the room and hotel in general. Reception staff were friendly. Would surely return when i need to be in this area again.
“Good value”
Not as nice as the photos led me to believe, but overall deserves a good rating for convenience and value. Convenient parking from routes outside London, and frequent courtesy minibus to local tube station makes it easy to get about, and no extra charge to leave a car there all day on the day you check out. Unfortunately air con broke down when we were there, but staff were pleasant and helpful.
“Good Hotel - Would Return”
The shuttle service to and from Brent Cross Station was terrific! The staff always tried to accomodate.
“GOOD HOTEL FOR THE BEST RATE”
The price was good considering how expensive hotels can be in London. I traveled with two teenagers. This hotel offers a shuttle service to the Brent Cross underground station. Bus route 189 runs 24 hrs from the Oxford Circus stop.
“Great value, good location”
The hotel was a great value for the money and it was quite conveniently located on the Tube's Northern Line (quick access to Central London), aside from being right next to a very good shopping mall. The fact that they maintain a shuttle service to and from the Brent Cross tube station was also a major sell for me. The hotel is small and the rooms are small (unlike in the US), like a lot of things in London, but we had enough space (I traveled with my husband and 2 kids ages 11 and 6), and it was always clean and well-maintained. Airconditioning was excellent. There was an empty minibar in the room, making it easy for us to buy breakfast items and have a place to store it so we didn't need to have a full breakfast every day and could get going immediately in the morning. The hotel also serves a daily breakfast buffet with ample offerings, and since kids eat free, it can be a really good value for families. Internet access en suite is available for a fee, and the connection is quite fast. The hotel staff was always gracious and eager to please. The shuttle drivers were wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
“Comfortable and very close to central London”
Our second stay here and it was about as pleasant as the first. Rooms were always clean and neat. Food was ok. Shuttle service was better and more reliable with a bigger vehicle. There was a problem at the end with our bill, for some reason there was a room charge that shouldn't have been there. The staff charged me once and invalidated the second bill (we had two rooms). Overall it was still good.
“Peace and quiet in the city!”
Everything you'd expect from Holiday Inn. Free shuttle to/from tube station welcome addition to service. Despite overlooking very busy road room was quiet.

Stayed one night - staff were helpful and the shuttle bus service to and from the tube station/surrounding area is great.
“Comfortable Stay”
Comfortable stay. Free shuttle to and from Brent Cross Station which is nice. Not the friendliest of service from one of the ladies at the front desk. It is a little way off from central London, but had a specific reason for staying in the area. Wouldn't mind staying here again if I needed to be in the Brent Cross area.
“Brent Cross”
People were unfriendly and the shuttle was not convenient as far as timing. I checked in to my room only to find it hadn't been cleaned (and when they did clean it, I still found items left by the previous guest).
