One woman at the front desk was most helpful in finding a restaurant, getting us directions and securing a cab for our flight home. Very friendly and helpful! We received a call when the cab arrived early and an inquiry about help with luggage. Check in was efficient but required me to retrieve my suitcase to produce my passport as identification.

Accessibility to our location is horrible. Need to take multiple elevators and walk a lot to go to room. Also when exiting there is joe qsy way out. Poor layout of the building is big disadvantage. But hotel accommodated is for a early check-in,and hence have to pay this price.

Overall amazing stay, I only stayed one night with my partner but would have definitely stayed longer if we could. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us early checkin and let us keep our bags there for the day of departure. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was very delicious. Only negative point was because we had early check in the room was not completely finished being cleaned yet as there was still some bits left in the fridge but that was very minor inconvenience.

What a great find. So convenient for Victoria station with its transport links to everywhere in London. Lovely shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hotel room was very quiet and had everything we needed. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially liked the choice of fresh fruit. Only one small niggle and that is the bar area is far too small for the size of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with only a 2 minute walk to Victoria Station for the underground. The hotel & our room was spotlessly clean & extremely quiet, no traffic noise outside or noise from other guests. Staff very courteous & accommodating. We arrived before we could check in & left our luggage in the hotel safe storage & then after check out we collected our luggage later giving us the whole day without having to take our luggage with us. Restaurant is across the road for breakfast with a good selection on offer. Had a fantastic 2 night stay & would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you

This is a new hotel and as such has no evident wear and tear. The included breakfast was excellent and convenient to the location of our room. The king room that we were given was very small. The hotel decor was minimalist which is not really a bad thing. There are no carpeted areas in the hotel so no odours can linger. Proximity to the Tube is great…only a 2 minute walk.
