Booked this hotel to go to a show at the O2. No complaints at all but perhaps breakfast could be run more efficiently as food, cutlery and plates were not replenished promptly and only one member of staff managing a heaving bar on a Saturday night. I have to say he coped very well but it would have helped if he had more support.

Excellent location, train station it’s just at the door steps, friendly staff, just one thing, on the second day my room was cleaned only after 5 pm.

Location was good for O2 and Excel centre.
Room was okay, very basic but ok for one night.
However, staff let themselves into our room after we had checked in, when my partner went to ask reception what happened we weren’t offered any explanation?…

Guest are noise, running around the corridor arguing and swearing at each other, banging doors. Too expensive for what you are getting. Rooms are not even that nice for the price.

Lovely, clean hotel. Couldn’t fault it and we would stay again. Great location to get around London as there is a DLR station just a 10 minute walk away and perfect if you need to get to the 02 just over the water.
Very convenient for what we needed. The staff were polite.
I would recommend this hotel.

We had to wait 10 minutes to be booked in due to staff issues. Once we got in we put the quiet hanger on the door due to being up very early and about an hour in I was woken up to 3 sets of very loud knocking about 30 seconds apart, later on we found out this was the staff trying to contact us. About 4 hours later we went out and our keys were disabled, the staff had disabled the keys so we could go to reception and pay an extra £6 because the original receptionist had booked us into someone elses room, which he had noted we had asked for a double bed and had two singles but did not think anything of it- however it is a bit annoying that so much inconvenience happened for the sake of £6 when it was not our issue. However the staff were very polite

Good value. Excellent friendly efficient staff. Comfortable room (except only hard plastic chair).
Filling breakfast but should be better range of fresh fruit and of spreads.
Good transport links via DLR and Elizabeth line.

Was a decent room and a comfortable bed. Location is great as its walking distance to the station for the DLR.

The hotel is good for the price, specially if youoo are looking for a neat place to spend the night after doing your activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Not much to do around the area but have close access to tube/train lines that can take you to all around london
Chose this hotel for the location, as I was attending an event at tbe excel and it was very convenient for that. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean except there was an awful smell of damp in the bathroom which was very offputting and filled the room. Checkout at midday was late compared to other hotels I've stayed in which was a plus.
The staff were lovely and was in a very convenient area however the tap water smelt like sewerage and down the side the twin beds were absolutely filthy. The bin was too small to fit anything in and the bathroom had a used towel on top of the shower with hair all on the floor. Not only to mention that, but coming down to breakfast with an extra £13, there were no vegan options at all apart from fruit and answered the phone 1/3 times, overall it was an alright stay for the price i guess
