Beautiful place. Easy access to the beach from the pool. Dinning overlooks the pool and you can see the beach/ocean. Perfect for families, very child friendly. Cabana for beach services closes way before sunset. Since it's family friendly pool was sometimes a little overcrowded with children. Kids were in the hottub with floaties.

Zona absolutely outdid our expectations here ! From the room to the grounds. Everything was perfect from start to finish. All of the staff were great - and the beaches were some of the best we’ve ever been to ! Definitely worth the stay.

We felt the property needed more staff. Breakfast in the dining room was understaffed- too long to wait to eat breakfast. Food options were limited.

Stains on the floor. Housekeeping didn’t come until we were back in our room, so we had to leave and come back. Dishes left in hallway from other guests for multiple days. Complimentary coffee is extremely short. For the price point, it was definitely disappointing

I booked a staycation for my brother and his wife and they went ABOVE & BEYOND! They put the sweetest card Champaign and left a beautiful charcuterie board in the fridge I was shocked because most hotels don’t do this. Thank you so much for making their honeymoon stay beautiful and memorable!

It is not a true resort but just a hotel. Going into it I was not aware there were two buildings on the property. The new building looks new and matches the lobby. This old Hilton they obtained needs an immediate overhaul. The room and hallway was clean though. The shower didn’t work properly, caulking, there is a chain lock on door. After 10 you had to key into building which is great but on old building you had to key into first floor but if you walked up the outside steps to 2nd floor it was just open. No key fob pad. The property is near nothing so you need a car which you will have to valet even though parking was plentiful. Restaurant menu is limited. The staff and servers were exceptional.

What a beautiful beach resort!! We completely enjoyed our stay at Zota Beach Resort. The entire staff delivers great service. Our room was wonderful and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The pool is heated and we could swim no matter the temperature outside. Pool and beach service-available for drinks and food. The food was so delicious!! The staff work so hard so you can enjoy your vacation. And there are fun extras like Cornhole, a ping pong table outside, a large chess game, Connect Four and hammocks near the pool and beach. Guests have access to complimentary beach chairs ( chaise loungers ) side tables and bottled water at the beach. Beach Cabanas and umbrellas are extra. And you get drink and food service at the beach. You want for nothing while staying here!! This was our first visit to Zota Beach Resort but not our last.

I would give a overall rating of 3.8. Room service food was cold but good. The hotel,area and beach were beautiful. Just being picky but the hotel looks like a expensive renovation has occurred. Materials are top notch, craftsmanship and installation was sub-par. Our suite was a little run down, but traveling with pets, this was one of the nicest pet rooms. The employees were a A➕ .
