The problem with this hotel is that the night agent called me a liar. The reason... I called the front desk saying a young latina, around 5'3", wearing a biege haltertop knocked on my door. While I am sure it was an accident I was just informing the nightshift agent. He said that kind of thing does not happen at our hotels and I must be mistaken. I repeated myself stating, I saw through the peephole a young latina, around 5'3", wearing a biege haltertop knocked on my door. For this reason, I must give the hotel one star.
