I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills and I must say, the staff truly made my experience memorable. Luciano, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful during the check-in process. His warm demeanor and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The housekeeping staff at the hotel also deserve a shoutout for their exceptional service. The rooms were always impeccably clean and well-maintained, making my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. However, I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay. The pillows in the room were not very comfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. Additionally, the AC unit was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at times. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Woodland Hills was pleasant and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. The exceptional staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel outweighed the minor inconveniences I experienced.

What I liked, Hotel and it's room were nice and clean. What I did not like, were; 1- Hidden charge of $22 for Parking 2- For Parking your car, you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to parking and 5 minutes back. If you are old forget about it you have to pay more for Valet parking 3- If your room facing the front of building or the street forget about sleeping comfortably, street NOISE is there because room windows are old and sound get to room very easy. Hilton should replace those windows. 3- There are NO more complementary water bottle or anything else.

Parking would be the only complain. It’s in a big garage distanced a bit from the main hotel (5 minute walking) which it’s not a big deal but it’s not as convenient given if you need to grab something from your car real quick, it’s a mild walking distance, not located immediately next to the lobby.
