The problem with the booking for this property on Expedia was that the pictures on Expedia for the Junior Suite did not properly represent the room. The pictures showed a balcony over looking the Marina, which was not the case and cost almost $100 per night to upgrade, some of the pictures showed a sink in a mini bar area and a dining table which also was not the case. The hotels web site show a cook top microwave and sink, however our room had none of those. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and well maintained for their age. Also, the resort was close to the marina and the night life, which was a bonus.

The all inclusive food was not great. The posted hours and for the two restaurants were not followed. The service with a few exceptions was horrible . You had to approach the wait staff if you wanted something , they would not come to you. They wouldn’t give you the time of day unless you tipped them. They only had light beer. They didn’t even had regular time margaritas. The pool was freezing . Would not stay there again. It was a waste of money and I was very disappointed. I tried to complain to management but they were not very interested
