Great service, very accommodating and helpful. I did not like perfumed rooms and my pillow had odd smell. Great location and the complimentary bus pass was a big help.

This hotel is incredibly convenient and central. Easily walkable to train station. Also Bus stop is approx 25 metres from Hotel entrance. Very good continental breakfast

This place was very nice with a great city view. Room was clean with enough room since I was solo traveling. However, please change your pillows. Unable to sleep well with a very flat pillow.

Hotel Restaurant was nice with good service and nice environment. Hotel itself was perfectly fine, but not outstanding. There were hotels in more convenient locations, but this one was reasonably close to the train station. No complaints, really.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was on the third floor with three big doors opening to three balconies. Lovely view. The room is for two people. The reception staff is very friendly. The hotel is just 10 mins walk from the station and the bridge and lake are 5 mins away. Fantastic location.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The bus stop is extremely close. Shopping and restaurants are easily walkable. The breakfast buffet which is included with the price is very good!

Ok for 1 night of stay.
Feels like a motel, not very clean and faucet kind of falling apart, and the couch has some stains. Construction happened after 10pm, pretty noisy. Location is great, and lots of bakeries around.

You have to park your car in a large parking garage which is a few blocks away, but once at the hotel you are in walking distance from the beautiful downtown Lucerne all the restaurants the lake and our meeting place for our tour to Mont Pilatus . It was a very convenient hotel.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The pros for this property are solely the price and the location. Very well located in the old town and all the main attractions are in walking distance. However, staff weren’t very welcoming compared to other places I’ve stayed in Switzerland, the rooms are very dated, and the overall condition of the room could be improved. The lighting is super dim and flickers, the pillows have no support (I had to fold mine twice), and my bedding had holes all over, which was unnerving. Overall would not stay here again but it was relatively affordable for a hotel in Lucerne.

Great spot for a short stay. Property is on the older side but extremely clean. Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Only con is there is no air conditioning. Would stay here again as it is very affordable for Switzerland prices and great location for touring Lucerne.

Great place to stay in Lucerne!
Hotel is wonderfully located in old town Lucerne! You can walk everywhere to see the main attractions. The little train that goes around Lucerne departs 1/2 a block from the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful! The restaurant in the hotel is traditional and very good food! The room was ample, and had a bathtub to soak in. It was also quiet, facing the interior courtyard. We had a fan in our room, no kettle or coffee machine in the room which would have been nice to have, but very comfortable room

The room was really small and since we went in summer it was really hot , no air conditioning so nights were bad , they gave use really small fan for family of 3 and refused to give 1 more fan , but location is perfect for everything else food, shopping , walks by the river, transportation etc specially if you have no car

The Hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is nice and serves great lattes. There is no air conditioning, which is not a big deal because the rooms have large windows however if your room faces the courtyard there is no breeze, making the room very warm.
