none of the vending machines worked. No bartenders were at any of the bars. Checked out early and wouldn't approve a refund for my stay.

The staff were the absolute best part of the visit, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even though the room was supposedly smoke-free, it still smelled a lot of smoke, and the person next door made a lot of noise. Smoking goes with the territory, i guess, but it would be wonderful if the room didn’t smell of smoke. Food options limited. Wonderful staff.

This place is being renovated at this time, but it doesn’t really interfere with the lodging. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dining options at the casino are very limited and it is a 25-30 minute drive to any other options.

I’m from Lula so Isle of Capri have always been a go to hotel. The staff are friendly and they helped me with my dad that’s is a wheel chair. Room service was great and they stay was well worth it

This place is TERRIBLE! Mattresses were original to building it seemed. Mold on bathroom ceiling, hadn’t been painted in decades so there were chips all over all the walls. The internet didn’t work at all. The entire place smells like an ashtray, even in the nonsmoking rooms…..why even bother? The only restaurant has about 5 items to choose from. It’s just horrible! Then, they charged $157 a night?! Ridiculous!!!!

I reserved 2 rooms and paid in advance for them. Upon arrival they only had 1 room reserved if after I presented my receipt showing that I paid for 2 rooms. The rooms are outdated, no closets, and the food from O’Henry’s restaurant was terrible!!!!!!!!

I paid online through Expedia for a King room - I received a double 😡 I didn’t know there wasn’t a fridge or microwave- bathroom was so outdated- it was confusing on how to even get to “check in” they didn’t even have coffee in the lobby- the lil coffee pot in the room was a joke - the chair in the room was SUPER DUSTY- Staff is very friendly - I understand that things are under construction but guest come first

The staff was excellent. Everyone I encountered was friendly and responsive to all my needs and questions. The property itself was probably a showcase at one time, but has been neglected for some time. The room was clean and stocked with all the necessities. However it was outdated and needed more or better lighting. I asked the front desk about free wifi and he gave me the info and then he said " We have it, but it is spotty. Depending on your room you might not be able to connect." He was correct, I could not from my room. Not his fault, I felt bad for him having to tell all the guests that.

Nothing that was supposed to be provided was there. No fridge, microwave, breakfast, or dining options were available. No place nearby to get food or groceries. Had to leave our trash and wet towels outside the door and wait for clean towels to be left in that spot. Our suite smelled like stale urine and carpeting was stained and dirty. We reserved 5 nights, considered leaving but had nowhere else to stay

We were not there for the casino. Our stay was proximity to the Blues Festival in Helena. There were these issues: Entrance to the hotel is hard to find. The entry lanes wander around the parking lot, directing you to the casino. I had to go inside to get directions to the hotel entrance. No remote for the TV. Maintenance brought several remotes to try, but none worked. We were able to get the TV on with a switch on the TV, but not able to change channels. The maintenance guy was sorry, but we never heard from him again. No working TV? Too bad. We could sign on to the hotel WIFI, but internet not available. When I asked the desk clerk about WIFI, he said it doesn't work well in some areas of the hotel. Fortunately, I have a "hotspot" on my phone. Water was "hard" not good to rinse soap off. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order. I had to go down to 1st floor to get ice. Clearly, management is not interested in maintaining a reasonably cared for lodging facility.

We booked 1 room with 2 queen beds. We got there and had two double beds. Showed our booking paper to the guys at the front desk and ask to be moved to A room with Queen beds and he SMILED and kept SMILING and said that they didn't have any queen beds in their Hotel. Said Expedia is giving out WRONG information.The floor was dirty. We had 2 set of towels for 3 People. He took A copy of my Booking papers that stated: I booked 1 Classic Room, 2 Queen Beds. Also paid A hotel Booking protection for 3 People. We came there only to sleep, NOT to Gamble. When we left the room we were headed to Helen, West Helen and Marvell. HOPEFULLY I will never have to go there again. MOTEL 6 would have been A better place to stay. Atleast there we would have had room to sit other than on the Beds.

The entire staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. As well, they went out of their way to make special accomadations. There was two things missing....Should have had courtesy coffe makers in the lobby or in the lounge area for guests to get at their leisure, and no roulett table in the casino. Otherwise, very good experience
