“Excellent Hotel and Location”

We recently had a nine night stay at the hotel, and were very impressed by the service and cleanliness of the place.Bedrooms were small by normal standards, but the city of lyon provided so many attractions that we were hardly ever in the room.Transport links around the city were fantastic and all were based around the train station which was adjacent to the hotel.The regional shopping centre which was a short walk from the hotel was a shoppers dream, and the city boasted a fantastic variety of bars and restaurants.The developments on the banks of the rhone have led to a wonderful area for strolling with many water features and recreational areas.

“good basic hotel”

We arrived in Lyon late, crashed in bed, and left early. The hotel was great for our basic needs and we wished we had more time to explore as was our original intention. If we knew we just needed a stopover we would not have stayed here as it is central to the city. That makes it difficult with a rental car. However, if we return to Lyon and actually have time to check out the sites we will stay here.

Stayed in Lyon for business and pleasure. Location excellent as hotel beside train station and buses. No single supplement, room had twin beds. Great dinner deals in hotel restaurant.

My friend and I stayed here on our trip through France. Great location, right across from the train station. Room was on the small side, but clean. Staff helpful and spoke English. Very professional hotel. Would stay here again.

“Great Value Clean Hotel”

Hotel was great for a quick clean comfortable stay. It is directly across from the train station. Or if you are driving they have underground parking, very easy to access. It was free with our booking, but it was 9 euros a night if not. Not much to do in the surrounding neighborhood, but it was a quick walk to the center.

“Short break in Lyon”

Conveniently located close to gare Part Dieu, walking distance to Paul Bocusse brasserie L'Est which is very good! Easy to get buses or metro into centre of city.walk from hotel to centre takes a good 25 - 30 min. Friendly staff, good service, reasonably good breakfast for the price, 8 euro.

“Convenient Hotel”

I was very happy with the proximity to Part Dieu train station and shopping. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and the bathroom was unusually large for a French hotel. The breakfast buffet wasn't stellar, but it was adequate. The desk staff were extremely helpful and most spoke at least a little English. I would definitely stay there again.
