God help them who manage to stay here
reception is bad. took three hours to check in, won't be able to find booking in their system but finally after few hours of debate they found reservation magically, rooms smells horrible, refrigerator don't work, thermostat for AC won't work, restroom smells bad, carpets were bad, light switches are broken, manager was nice in talking but had no power. breakfast area was awful, hope you find fresh food, juice was mixed with water. STAY AWAY............

Not recommended at all.
No room service at all, don't provide towels in the room, No coffee or tea bag, carpet smelling stink, 2+ hour wait for registration, door key card don't work every other time and had to come back to the lobby to reprogram the key card, most worst customer service, it's say 4 star , it's quality isn't even 2 star.

Stay was OK but check in was late - After 4.00pm. we had to wait a few hrs, with our bags, to be checked in. Safe was locked and for 3 days promised that someone will be up to open it in 10 mins. but nothing doing. so gave up waiting and asking. Do not arrange taxi with them as more expensive than out side. we had ordered a taxi to go to the airport at 3.15am but no show. had to make other arrangements. Close to Harram and buffet Suhoor (breakfast) was great.

one of the worst hostel (titled as 4 star); rooms like cell(too small), services to its worst, nobody takes customers call, all workers ping pong customer's call unless you meet the hotel manager. i don't recommend anybody though cheap; this hotel is overrated by hostel.com as 4 star.

A complete rubbish hotel.
There is no customer service. I booked two triple rooms. They first refused to give me rooms and later told me they can give me only one triple room. It not only happened with me. There are other people who were having similar problem. Only after shouting with the reservation guy (his name was Aziz) and after waiting for approximately 2-3 hours we got rooms.

Very poor quality. Would never use it again. The hotel staff was terrible. No towels. No tissues. Very small crammed toilets. Stay away. Not worth spending any money.

Very bad experience, Terrible hotel, The rooms were dirty and not ready. No car parking as mentioned in my reservation. Internet is very weak. Too much time to respond from housekeeping or room service.

Very close to haram so good location. However the room was very smelly for some reason and we figured it was something to do with the aircon. The room keys stopped working 3 times and had to go down from the 12th floor to get them working again. Would not really recommend...

Worst hotel I have been to, meant to be a four star but it did not meet it standards, no wifi, small horrible rooms looking out the back of the hotel, people in reception couldn't speak a bit of English at all, Called them 3/4 time to come and fix our room safe the kept on saying 5mins and no one came, so we had to walk with out passports and money,

We stayed nine nights at this hotel with free breakfast. The hotel is situated near Masjid-e-Nabawi which is great. It's a two minute walking distance. However, room service was not the best!

they say don't judge a book by its cover and in this case this hotel I thought would be nice but there was cockroach infestations and I just wasn't able to deal with this therefore this is not a hotel I would recommend.

Terrible hotel but very close too Masjid
Only good thing is that it is very close to Masjid Nabawi. Front desk staff only speak Arabic. Not willing to help at all. Rooms and washrooms are in bad condition, no maintenance at all. Please don't book the hotel by looking at the photos as these photos were taken when the hotel was new. This hotel is recommended for people who want an accommodation close to Masjid and don't care about the hotel facilities.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Room were very small i booked for my 4 beds but the room has the capacity for 2 only they forcefully put 2 more beds. Building is old. They give you late check in around 4:30-5:00. Wifi is totally not working in the room. this hotel usually host groups from different countries so some time you have to wait for elevator around 30 minutes. Lifts are very busy on Fridays. Bathrooms are not nice, no hot plate or Microwave. They location is 5 minutes walk to Haram. Hotel holds 2 level parking but usually full. Hotel reception staff is ok. In this hotel only Hotel lobby is nice. Other all things are not 4 star.

Close to the Masjid (5 min walk); need more elevat
this hotel needs more elevators, it takes a good 10-min to get to your room. front desk receptionist / hotel manager are rude and do not speak any English. A working phone in the room will help too, to make local calls at least. Hotel manager tried to give me a ride to Jeddah in his personal car, charging me more money than a taxi, after my taxi arrived, I told him I don't need a ride any more and he got really made at me. He disrespected me, called me bad names, and told me he was angry at me.

Excellent location
The hotel is very close to the Masjid-e-Nabavi. It worked out for me because I was able pray all salat with jamat with minimum effort. Rooms aren't as clean as a 3 star hotel. Location is the best features of this hotel. So if you want a nice and cozy room this may not be the best choice.

Honestly was shocked to see hotel the guy at reception was good and when we reached there he did not know we have booking in their hotel then i logged in my account and got printed confirmation, anyways we got key and went up to the room as it was Friday night parking was not available and we lest our car on the road aside after that when we reached room dental kit was not available, complementary drinking water was not available, Small mini bar fridge was turned off, power extension was not available, no bell boy called many times to bring water only yes were in a nightmare.

Bascially we went for Hajj. Good thing was this hotel near to holy masjid. In room their was no cattle for make tea eta. I asked fm room service. But he said its not available. In room their was cochorich. I called house keeping and show him. He said we cannot do any thing. We will gove u power or spry. When go outside do it. It will die. Hotel reception staff was very cooperative.

Infra structure wise this was/or might be 4 star but I don't think it is more than 3 star hotel. 1.no body was willing to come for cleanliness or change of bed sheet even though I called them couple of time. 2.bathroom was leaking from top floor، I informed at reception and other boys but no body bothered, room was 1108, u can double check. 3.I requested to change the room, but receptionist don't want to listen u.without checking the computer it is their habit to say " no room vacant". I personally saw empty rooms and confirmed from cleaners, it is my right to adjust me 1st before new customer if. 4. There was TV in room but no remote. 5. There was no towel in bathroom, with request they gave me only.I think they should provide as a routine. 6. One thing for u. After booking I was sent booking no in email. But how wil I know? that what type of room I booked, that's why at check-in I was blank and receptionist gave smallest possible room.

We stayed for couple of hours, but the room was not clean and we did have a very noisy neighbours, we immediately switched to Hilton hotel.

Good value for money.
Close to Haram, price is very competitive, so level of service and room size are matching the daily rate paid, We suffered with the elevators, many people are waiting for long time most of the time in the lobby, despite there are six elevators but with small size compared to the huge capacity of the accommodation, and one of them most of the time is used by the hotel staff to transfer things, for me I used the stairs to the sixth floor every day - I wish I were more lucky to be in a lower floor :) The staff are good and helpful except for one receptionist how was impolite enough to play in his mobile phone and deliberately ignore my question twice like I was begging from him!, his colleague answered my question and was helpful. the overall hygiene of the hotel is acceptable, and my room was clean and neat.
