Update your showers for the love of god...the water was limited to very hot to hot...there was no cool option. Plus the lever used to change the flow of the water to the shower head was inconsistent and rarely worked. Dont know if its like that in every room but 203 shower was awful

Way over priced because of the graduation at U of W that weekend. $1900 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Ridiculous!!! The breakfast was good but hot options were sausage, eggs, waffles. The hot menu the same every day. Fresh and good, nevertheless. The hotel had no elevator to second floor. Difficult for seniors. Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

The bathtub was extremely dirty and had a lot of mildew. The tub did not drain at all! The floor of the room was very uneven and half the tv channels didn’t gave sound! This was the second room we had gotten. The first room had no water in the toilet! The tub and toilet in that room were very dirty! There was a hole in the wall as you walked in and the refrigerator wasn’t cold. The floor in that room was so uneven it shouldn’t have been used as a room for anyone! I will never stay at this hotel ever again!

It was an awesome stay with a better than expected breakfast. My only hiccup or issue was the front desk attendant, female, did not know the rules and laws regarding service animals. The General manager or owner not sure who he was was there. The front desk was trying to charge me for my service animal. Not that $15 is bad for an animal but I do not legally have to pay especially since I need my service animal.

The manager yelled at me because he assumed that I snuck my dog into the room. The halls smelled horribly. The front desk staff was extremely lazy and when they plowed the snow in the parking lot they pushed it all into the tires of my semi truck. The room was outdated and disgusting. The tub was stained and there were holes in the walls. The smoke detector had duct tape holding it together. The bed was very uncomfortable and really the only good thing about my stay was that the hotel was located in a good spot for Uber Eats.

Rooms have a putrid smell like something is decaying/dying in the walls – insects are present, as well. Hallway noise at most hours of the day – phone calls on speakphone, doors slamming, dogs barking, etc. Only stay here if you can accept that this will be a motel of poor quality.

I hate to trash a hotel but there were “remnants” from a previous guest still in the toilet, 2 barking dogs down the hall, and the room reaked of smoke.
