We recommend booking a level room - it was an excellent facility and the staff there were wonderful. The tapas was excellent, as was the drinks. The room was nice with a beautiful view of the city and the air con was great. The pool set up was a bit weird with the reservations and mandatory caps (even if a man has no hair!) and was a bit of a let down for all that fuss - confusion over lockers, very little ambience, not amazing spa-like facilities. It’s really handy for public transport. everything else about our experience here was great - it’s very close to lovely squares for an evening drink in Malasaña.

Maravilloso el hotel, la atención, la decoración es espectacular , amé las plantas que lo hacen muy acogedor, las camas cómodas, la limpieza muy buena. La zona muy bien. Hay transporte cerca y se puede caminar a varios sitios de interés. Definitivamente repetiría.
