Dear David,First of all thank you very much for taking the time of writing your impressions that only help us to improve.It is true that the SPA was closed due to Covid and when we tried reopening it, the pool had leakage. It has only been this year that refurbishment has been approved and we are now doing the works. The SPA being attached to the fitness room, I am afraid, although we clean it 3 times a day, that dust gets through. We have 2 running machines, 1 elliptical trainer, 2 stationary bikes, 1 hammer strength machine, 1 sit up bench & 1 flat bench as well as gym weights.If you were lodged in a standard room, these do not have cafeteria tray, only superior rooms do.I am really sorry you felt the hotel was poorly managed. If you decide to give us a second chance, please get in touch with me directly and I will try to compensate the image you have taken.Thanking you for your comprehension,Best regards
