"Very convenient location next to the Greenbelt and related shopping areas in the center of Makati. The service is outstanding, especially in the executive lounge and the lobby restaurants. There is an effort to know your needs and accommodate them. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Very nice to have the in-room kitchenette for personal use. I would say the only "below average" areas were the pool and workout center which could use a facelift. "

"This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."

"I stayed in Holiday Inn and Suites Hotel for 4 nights.The hotel is connected to Glorietta 3 and near to other malls which is convenient for shopping. Has lots of restaurants around, so you will not starve. Breakfast is good as well. But during our stayed, I was bitten by mosquitoes for 2nights. Pest control came twice to our room. So happy I had a good sleep on my 3rd night. Supervisor was so apologetic . I hope next time, they should check the rooms first before assigning to their guests."
