"We have stayed here for many years as it is centrally located, well priced and has all the facilities we need. Our original booking for this stay was made 6 months prior but a week before our arrival we requested an additional bed as our adult daughter was joining us last minute. Initially this was not a problem but upon check-in confusion started and we were advised the room didn’t have sufficient space for an additional bed but a mattress could be put on the floor which we agreed too. Then out of nowhere we were told that we needed a larger room and we would have to wait while this was sorted out internally as the hotel was fully booked. We waited 3 hours including waiting for our luggage (2 carry on bags) to be delivered to our room, in the end we collected them ourselves. This on top of traveling internationally for over 24 hours. The remainder of our stay was uneventful. The handling of this situation by the reception staff could have been much smoother and simpler, the whole situation got far more complicated than it ever needed too."
"Hotel Front office staff incredible. Food and Beverage needs work though. The Common Grounds restaurant, staff were in attentive to replenishing food and food was running out. Also restaurant in the lobby level did not have all items in the menu to the point I had to ask what they did have. Hotel needs to make sure that they advise staff immediately of items that are not being served. IM Onsen Spa was AMAZING. Enjoy the TRILOGY PACKAGE and ask for Ronel if you are looking for a Male Therapist. Front desk staff were truly exceptional at the hotel though....very caring and attentive!"
"Just a great Hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great gym, and really good location near the Ayala Mall complex. I’ve been to Manila many times, overall this hotel is the first that doesn’t feel like I’m in Asia."
