Excellent stay. Highly recommended due to price.
A very good recently refurbished 5 star hotel close to the Haram, 5 mins walk. Service is excellent, breakfast is good and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of food shops nearby and taxis etc can easily get to the hotel through this newly opened road. Loved our stay Alhamdulillah. Hotel should look into the following: 1. Lighting in the room was inadequate. Hardly any lights in the room and only one switch for ALL the lights which is very unhelpful. 2. AC is very difficult to operate. 3.

Amazing, clean and location was excellent.
Location, amazing and very clean hotel. We have booked two quad room for an eight adults with a breakfast included. Everything was amazing, we have managed to get out rooms three hours before the check in time. 5 minutes walk to the mosque from the hotel . Great experience and will definitely stay with this hotel in near future.

Pretty close to the Haram, walkable distance. Surprisingly the wait for the elevators is not long. The issue is there are renovations being done, which can lead to some noise and dusty corridors. But other than that like this place, and my hotel of choice.

Hotel is nice and somewhat close to Kabaa. Easy in and out with Taxi unlike the tall clock tower hotels. Rooms are small though. Price is not cheap

Good hotel but concerning health and safety The location is great, very close to Al-Haram, staff members are friendly and helpful, food is not bad, room service food portion is quite large. Rooms cleanliness is affected negatively by high occupancy so I would rate it no more than satisfactory, amenities looks a bit outdated. The major concern was health and safety measures and procedures, my mother in law suffered a major injury due to uneven surface of the elevator and despite being reported until I left I had no response from hotel management, did not feel they have any clue on how to prevent or handle such issues, all efforts to help are based on staff individual responses and willingness to help with complete absence of the hotel response or action. A day later I have noticed liquid spilled on the floor that could have caused an injury to another guest, staff only reacted to wipe it when I pointed it out. I may use the hotel again if I am travelling myself due to the good location but will avoid if accompanied by elderly family members.

Bathroom shower always supply hot water. Complained manytimes, and they always say sending engineer. Engineer never showed up. How can you take bath with hot water only?!! Very bad management service. I stayed four nights and they didn't even bother to fix the water problem. Five star hotel?!!??
