“Excellent Service”
The hotel staffs and the free papers available in the lobby were very helpful in terms of getting information on the local area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The only drawback I could find is that the room door was a little hard to open, and I had to try a few times before I got the knack.

This hotel was more than I expected. Everything was super clean even the elevator! The staff was friendly. My daughter loved the pool and hottub. The extra pillows on the bed (4 per bed!!!!) was wonderful. Very centrally located in Concord. It was also great to have access to a computer with internet and printer. (I used it to print directions to the space musuem) For the price paid it was more than a great deal. The breakfast in the morning was also more than I am used to. Make your own waffles (fresh from the waffle iron, not frozen) sausage, eggs, cereal etc... It was delicious. If you are in the area you can't go wrong with this hotel
“First Class Accomodations and Price”
Excellent Hotel, Excellent service, Cleanest room I have ever been in as well as the rest of the hotel. Polite, dedicated cleaning staff. Excellent room rate. Def consider booking if in this area..
“Where to stay in Concord”
Wasn't so sure when I booked my hotel room, but Best Western in Concord NH exceeded my expectations. We have family in the Concord area and visit often. A very nice hotel, convenient to 93 and downtown.
“Home away from home”
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was nice and well cared for. There was always someone there to make sure things were refreshed and plentiful. The only negative is the walls are a little thin and you can hear your neighbor's TV, and the freeway noise at the one end of the hotel really loud. I am more sensitive than most to noise, but if I had it to do over I would ask for a room at the "quiet" end of the hotel. We would stay there again, though.

“A decent place to stay without breaking the bank”
The motel was conveniently located and easy to find. The rooms were modest, and the hotel staff were helpful. We were meeting friends (we each drove from out of state) to visit mutual friends and do some holiday shopping. Our hotel room door did not work properly, and it created some inconvenience with entering on more than one occasion. The free internet connection was handy and easy to use. The furniture was modest and flimsy in our room, but it seemed sturdier and more comfortable in our friends' room. The bedsheets didn't fit properly, which contributed to my restless sleep. There was a good place to meet over breakfast and continue to enjoy the company of our friends. It was nothing fancy but was adequate. It was standard fare for breakfast--nothing elegant or particularly tasty--but it met our immediate needs (coffee, cereal, fresh fruit). It was sufficient enough that we would definitely consider going again next year, especially if we continue to be on a budget.

Check in was fast and friendly. was a bit worried that we would hear a lot of traffic noise because it is really close to the interstate but we didn't hear a thing. the pool is a nice feature.
