"Positive: Staff is very friendly, pro-active and helpful, even for Myanmar standards. Breakfast is pretty good with the usual rice, noodles, fried vegetables, soup, rubber bread, eggs, bananas. Rooms have mosquito meshing. Negative: The rooms are awful. They are dated and in desperate need for a make-over (when did they last paint?!), especially the bath rooms. Cleaning is very superficial. I was careful what to touch and pretty engrossed. Rooms are so small, I can't see how 2 people would fit...

"バガンのホテルを予約をしたのに住所はバガン、所在地はマンダレー、バガンには同じ住所でマンダレーゲストハウスはありました。次にマンダレーに着くとマンダレーホテルがあり立派なホテルでしたが目的地ではなくそのホテルのスタッフが調べてくれてバガンマンダレーホテルをようやく見つけてくれました。住所は違う電話番号は違うこのような物件をなにも調べずよく提供できる企業だと思います。ミステリーツアーのようでした。バガンの入場料を返せ。旅費を返せ。かぶったホテル代金を返せ。でもようやくたどり着いたホテルはスタッフが非常に良かった。けど近くにコンビニはなく、食事を食べる場所も少ない。ホテルは4丸だけどホテル・comは一度スタッフを派遣してヤンゴンからどのようにしたら目的地に着くか調べろ‼️ついでに金返せ。"

"The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. They are polite and courteous. There really is nothing around the area. You'll have to cab or use grab app to get anywhere. I found it really difficult to find restaurants, there were a few listed as open by google maps, but they already closed down. It was a struggle just to find a place to eat."
