Booked us in a room right next to one that was being remodeled but we did not want to listen to drilling all day. Your limited parking should also let people that they have to park on a busy street.

the neighborhood is so slum like and dirty. The sidewalks are uneven and pollution and squatters stay around and sleep at night. The Tv has no cable , and has those TV Apps which is so much hassle. Give me a 1980's style remote with simple buttons. Plus the remote for the cheap ac is not working. Plus dont ever use the same hotel key card to charge to room. hotel needs to be condemned. The whole city block needs to be modernize . Which is so slum like. never again City Garden

I like the strategic location of the property. Nothing I didn't like about it except for the minimal thing on room entertainment facility specifically the tv local station. Only internet was its source.

The hotel was very nice clean the staff had a great attitude in general. The breakfast was excellent all you can eat!! The only problem was during the night there was quite a bit of noise outside the room in the corridors.

The staff is excellent, especially Ruel. Ruel went above and beyond for me. This man deserves a raise. The other staff was really helpful even helping me get a grab taxi at one point. The entire hotel looked very clean and well maintained. The checkout process is a bit chaotic but manageable as long as you are not in a hurry. Just plan on it taking 15 min to check out if they are busy. The room I stayed in was wonderful except for the bathroom and window view. The window looked out at a wall. Why the architect put the window there and not in the dining area of the room is beyond me. If I leaned out and looked to the left I could see a bit of the city. The bathroom has a tub that is small and hard to stand in because it didn't have a flat bottom and was slick. The hotel did provide one of those rubber mats with the suction cups on the bottom though. They really should just rip it out and put in the standard walk in shower area. The shower did have hot water so that was a major plus. The food for room service was a bit pricy and things looked like they where a bit too fancy. The portions for the price were small too. However the food was cook right and tasted wonderful. The included buffet breakfast was nice. I only had one bad day were the eggs were cold like just came out of the refrigerator cold. The coffee was good. Also they had someone making fresh omelets to order. If you are a smoker or vaper just be aware there is no secure smoking area outside.

I booked for 3 nights of stay for my parents. I wasn’t there but the feedback was really great. Good food, staff are very polite, very clean and quiet. They had a great time. The only thing was they had problem with the shower that wasn’t working. But it was immediately fixed when they called. Overall great experience.
