1 Feb 2020In the beautiful hotel we moved to (Hotel Parador) there were toucans, monkeys and giant lizards right up close by our hotel suite window and in the hotel grounds.

"We had a great experience. Kevin saved our bacon twice, when we managed to lock ourselves out of the room safe, and was also able to provide us with a week’s worth of ice, when we probably needed just 3 or 4 days worth, but his enthusiasm and sincerity scored points!"

"Tidy hotel with an excellent pool area and spectacular view. Breakfasts were also good. Negative Issues included too many bugs got into the room at night. Noisy room air conditioning. Not close to the beach and with a very high climb back to the hotel. Roads outside the hotel were terrible with potholes ..."

4 Aug 2019Great park. We hired a guide and spotted sloths, deer, howler monkeys, bats, bird life various snakes and frogs. You can finish your tour with a swim at the beach which is picture postcard beautiful.

11 Apr 2019A bit touristy but good place to learn to surf. Most accommodation seems to be on a main road that is a good 15-20 min walk from the beach.
