“what's not to like?”
located within easy walking distance of both the old and new towns, this hotel greets the traveler with an opulent reception. Sometimes this means the rest is all downhill. Not in this case. The hotel staff were very attentive and accomodating. The receptions rooms, pool(never too crowded) and communal areas were beautifully decorated and maintained. Drinks were expensive but rooms have fridges and we bought our own drinks. Not recommended if you're looking for vibrant nightlife but we weren't. Happy customers :)

I felt like I was in an American Hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

“Mirage Deluxe”
The Hotel itself was a pleasure to stay in, well located between the old and new districts it was spotless clean and wonderful friendly staff. The only disappointment (and it was a HUGE one as i had been so looking forward to it) was the time i spent in the Hotels Spa, the 2 hours i spent there was like being on set of Carry On Spa Day! inexperienced and unproffessional staff left me feeling cheated (and robbed) i couldnt wait to get back to my room! A pathetic atempt at a massage together with a facial that was performed in the dark set me back 150 euros - if it hadnt been so comical i would have cried.

the hotel was very clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful . I recommend SPA which was worth every penny and it was out of this world.Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, highly reccommended. This was my second visit to Marrakech, but first time at this hotel and will return. Only negatives were that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which was a surprise at the rating of this hotel. A mere 15 minute walk to the Markets and casbah. As on last visit cab drivers will over inflate prices but haggle. we only paid 30 dm from market to hotel.Fantastic pool , breakfast and spa.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, new town with a short walk to fabulous Bars & Restaurants. Quiet and tranquil hotel, lovely traditional decor and very friendly, helpful staff.
“Convenient and within walking distance to old and new town”
We stayed for a few nights and were really impressed with the service and all the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in between the old and new town and easy walking distance. Supermarket is also close by.We fould some very lovely eating places walking upto the Plaza in New town , they were reasonably priced and with variety of food.
