"Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. "

No checking? 5) upper bathroom, toilet cant flush. No checking? 6) porch’s light and fan fused? Has already switched...

"Surrounding is quiet, property is spacious and easy to locate. Beach is about 5mins drive away. Room comfort can be improved such as installing air con units in all the rooms as it can be very warm."
