What I didn’t like is they charge you for dirty towels. If you have floor towels and they get dirty from the floor it’s the hotels issue not the customers. Make up was on the sheets they tried to make me pay for cleaning theu sheets.

The property is in the heart of Poblado. Center of everything. Walkable to everywhere. Everything is a bit above your expectation about price in Colombia. Overall, its a good place. Experience about checking in this hotel is bad. Staff named Luisa does not know anything about the place. As a tourist, we asked if there is any barber'shop around but she does not know. We also asked if there is any convenient store aroud but she also does not know by any chance. I figured it out that she just wanted to talked to the other guy who happened to be waiting for him upon her off at 3pm, seems like her boyfriend seating in the couch waiting for her. I am asian and seems like asian tourist her are not welcome and treated like a 2nd class guest. I talked to Manuela about the service I recieved from Luisa regarding general information around the area that a hotel staff should atleast know and willing to help but she just looked at me with a plastic smile. I don't recomend this hotel to any asian or tourist that doesnt speak spanish.

El hotel era muy bueno, sin embargo no había agua caliente y durante dos días me indicaron que la arreglarían en breve y nunca la arreglaron. finalmente nos dieron cambio de hotel a uno excelente de la misma línea.

The location was in the heart of the city where everything happens. There were many clubs. Many restaurant options. A lot of taxis that you could get around. Location was great.

They asked me to pay Colombian fees with American passport and proof of residence, totally out of the Colombian law, how that’s possible!!! Never that happen before in another hotel Colombia. Room was terrible, pretty laud, next time I can find a better place for the same price.

Great Hotel. I liked it the last time I stayed a year and a half ago. I just stayed again, and there is a new ownership. I loved the staff. They are very helpful, and some speak good English. Two blocks to the Park. What more can I say?

I will not stay there again
Lleras tracks personnel who visit you and charges 90mil pesos per visitor. I will not stay there again. My group and I have stayed there multiple times, we will not be back.

The first night not hot water , the base of the bed make noises , the towels were hard as cardboard. Special thanks to Ms Rosa from the kitchen, so nice lady, Don’t recommend the hotel

Habian vendido la habitación que ya habia pagado con anticipación y era la semana de la Feria de las flores y todo estaba lleno. No resolvieron nada. Vendieron la habitación 2 veces. Expedia y otro Hotel nos resolvió fue horrible. No los recomiendo jamas. No vayan

Great location. Very clean and quiet hotel. Great staff. My only complain is the wifi in my room was very slow. I stayed in room 501. Wifi poor. Also I wish the property can put bigger trashcan in hallway. The trashcan inside room is very small. And do not want to dump leftover food inside room.
