“Intercontinental in Medellin, Colombia”

The bellboys where very attentive as well as the front desk even after my flight was delay and arrived at 01:00 AM... Next day I received a wake up call on time and b'fast was excellent... The Pool is large and well keept, very enjoyable stay....All the staff was very cordial and pros at making you feel good by remembering your name all the time... The Gym is large with good machines, Sauna,etc... Just a little walk to the pool... Restaurant at the pool was also excellent..All and All a great experience.

“Luxury accommodations overlooking Medellin”

InterContinental is really a very good value for the money. Area around hotel is very safe and just down the hill is historic "El Poblado" district as well as all conveniences for travelers and stop for the city's fabulous Metro rail transit.

“Great stay, 5 star hotel”

Inter-continental is a bit more expensive than some other hotels in Medellin, but was worth the extra 20 or 25 bucks a night to me. The room was very clean and quiet. Outstanding facilities. I was there for a week, and got to know some of the staff. Great people. Especially Daniel the doorman. He speaks better english than I do, and made sure the taxi drivers knew exactly what I wanted. The only drawback I can see for some people is that the hotel is not in the city center. It is not walking distance to anything. It is the only hotel I have stayed at in latin america that I would call a 5 star hotel.

“Inter Medallo”

This is a first class hotel. You cannot go wrong here. Excellent service and great staff. I highly recommend it and will stay in it again if I go back to Medellin.

“Nice hotel”

Lovely hotel if not a little expensive. The check-in was pretty poor but the rest was great. Nice food and drinks.
