Good, but nothing particularly memorable. I was surprised that water in the room was complimentary only once. Ubers have lots of difficulty finding the pick up spot in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Novotel is my to-go-to Hotel in Medellin. Regardless of other more economic options, Novotel is safe, staff is attentive & assure your safety, is located one step from the mall for shopping & food options. This is a good hotel for a weekend but not for more than 3 nights. Don’t waste your money buying a mediocre breakfast, room service is highly recommended. Administration needs to work with cleaning up surrounding areas (beautiful city views obstructed by spider webs), our toilet were broke, in our first night the shower drainage was full of hair so instead to get a rest from our long trip we had to deal with this issue! Also this is not a cheap place but we had one entire day without hot water, how’s possible that this hotel is not able to hire a Company of engineers to take care this kind of problems? Not happy at all! Look for another place to stay.

It is a very nice hotel. I liked that it is located in a nice and safe shopping mall with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing is the breakfast buffet options are limited and boring.

Novotel El Tesoro was very centrally located and has direct access to a great shopping mall. The dining options and the views from all areas are spectacular. The hotel's cleanliness is kept up very well and the hotel staff are nice and curtious. The spa experience was great and they gave me exactly what in asked for at affordable prices. The one thing I have to say is that the pool area is under construction and is being remodeled. Access to the pool is still allowed, but there is also no direct access to a poolside lounge area.

This hotel is attached to a premier shopping Mall. El Tesoro. Lots of high end shopping and good restaurants. It does get a little crowded on weekend nights. The other city landmarks are about a 30 minute cab right through the city and with traffic. Otherwise like most other reviews of Medellin the city is marvelous. The hotel is great

This property was terrible, they charged me additional charges and did not explain what the charges were. And they charge you a checking in fee which is unheard of, just be careful if you’re an American because they will try and finesse you.

They did charge us taxes as we were locals, arguing that we must have had taken at least 2 services in order to avoid these charges, in other words, they obliged us to pay taxes
