"Right in the heart of Ashland and only a block from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival this place is a gem. We stayed in the Oak Tower suite, a two story, could sleep 8 accommodation. Not only was it immaculate but it was sweetly appointed with fresh flowers, contemporary magazines, fresh fruit, Martinelli's Cider and popcorn. "Great check in...the staff is so nice. The room was as expected. The balcony and the river....great stuff. Morning breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. Most importantly...the coffee was hot!!! This is my 2nd stay here and will definitely stay again when passing this way."

"Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad....

"This unique, family owned, home feel hotel is a hidden gem. Its like staying at grandmas house. The hosts are super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The price was great, perfect location to check out down town if you dont mind about a mile walk. Next time I stay in Grants Pass I will stay again!"
