Dining at Bridges was great. Rooms were old and in need of updating. Staff was quick to correct unswept floors and cleaning of the bathroom when we first checked in. Carpet & chair upholstery in the room really needed cleaned.

Housekeeping never came and cleaned our room or supplied us with clean towels. When we went to get our own towels, they told us they had to be delivered so we had to wait another hour floors need to be cleaned.

The biggest negative is that the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday. The so called grill has meager offerings. We went into town to get dinner.

If you have ever been to a decent casino this place will be a disappointment. Table games are ok. Slots are crazy tight. Talked to a few locals that said the slots are well known for being a horrible gamble. A couple of ppl said that the gas stations in the area have a much better pay out. I will never return.

Room was beautiful. But no dining service M-Th. I was hoping to get a reasonably priced casino prime rib and:1) there was no prime rib on Sun night, and 2) even if there were, it woukd have been $46! Had a pricey lower cost meal, no breakfst options in the morning. Disappointed.

Hi, We apologize for the experience. Bridges Dining Company is open Thursday - Sunday for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Also, Riverfront Grill is open Friday - Wednesday for lunch and dinner. We have passed along the concern regarding the prime rib to the Food & Beverage department.
It's a nice hotel but they need to update it or towel rack in the bathroom was falling out of the wall the toilet didn't flush properly there was dirt on the walls where you know they might have scrubbed it but it just needs to be updated other than that it's a very nice hotel just needs updates there was other stuff like you know rust mold it just needs to be updated it needs a little TLC

Harrah’s has really gone downhill and needs complete renovations. The last 3 times I’ve stayed the rooms are dusty and everything is very worn. I will probably chose to stay at another hotel next time.

Clarence at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. Stood at front desk over 45 minutes waiting to check in with no help. Asked to speak with the manager and Clarence refused to go get him for me. Finally told Clarence to cancel my reservation and he started “go on line and do it yourself”.
After leaving called to speak with the manager and his attitude was no better. Would never stay at this establishment

Loved the price. The room was clean. Updated and comfortable. Didnt like lack of open eating options and when staff was told of coffee being out in lobby they could not have cared less.
