The location is good for exploring the Zocalo. The beds were very hard and the pillows horrible. Our room had a corner of the TV platform that was a hazard. I hit my head on it. The elevator only worked part of the time. There was only one small bottle of water for two people provided. Room cleaners did a good job.

I like that it was close to zócalo and main avenues. They have a storage room so you can leave your stuff after you checkout from the hotel. I didn’t like that it was noisy at night, you have to leave your key every time you go out. Beds are really hard, bed sheet's have hairs on them, they don’t change them often. Other than that it’s okay to spend the night if you are trying to save some money. Some of the employees are mean.

The bed was very unconfortable, way too hard and the room we got had no windows! the building overall was really dark... on the other hand location was really good but felt a little unsafe because of the access on the alley. Also the staff was really helpfull.

Great location. This place doesn’t have air conditioning and the water in the shower takes for ever to warm up. Most of the time it never does. I had to take a cold shower at least Two times.

There wasn’t any AC especially in the rooms with no windows, it gets hot. Even when there’s a windows there is a lot of noises from parties to dogs barking everywhere. It’s like you have to choose between a hot room or a somewhat cool noisy one. The area in which the hotel is located is great for getting around the city as it’s in the center square.

ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. HOTEL ITSELF IS VERY QUITE. OUTSIDE IS NOT.
