“Outstanding”
This is a great, modern and trendy hotel at a fabulous location. The service is superb, the rooms are incredibly spacious, as well as the bathroom area. I would definetely come back!
“Hammock in the shower!!!”
Excellent modern hotel, best bathroom ever, great design and service. Also located in the beautiful area of Polanco... Great experience overall. The only problem you will find (same as in any starwood hotels property) is that the internet is not free in your room.
“Great stay and area”
1st class from staff when you walk in, to any small needs, as they are met with positive energy. It is expensive but it is in palanco. Room was wonderful if you like modern. Open shower overlooking the city - very exhilarating. Bars and terrace restaurant for eating are wonderful.
“Consistently excellent quality and service”
Another wonderful stay at a W hotel--first in Mexico City. Great location near Chapultepec museums and restaurants--and otherwise a safe area. Great service--great home away from home. As with other Ws, it seldom feels like one is staying at a hotel when at the W; rather, it's like staying in a trendy friend's guesthouse. One caution: the Towncar taxi cabs the hotel likes to steer people to are not the most efficient way to travel to remote areas of the city; on one occasion, our driver got lost and couldn't locate our destination.
“The best !”
It was a great experience, great room ,great service, they care
“i would stay here in mexico city”
antastic hotel. great room, even better shower (there is a hammcok in it). service is friendly and relaxed. the neighborhood is very safe and if you like starbucks, there is one just down the block.
“Can't wait to go back!”
You can't go wrong with the W Hotel in Mexico City.
“Great option in Mexico City”
I think this hotel is a great option in Mexico City but it also has some details to pay attention. On one hand, it has a great location in a beautiful neighborhood and Presidente Masaryk Av., where local coffe shops, restaurants, pubs and retail stores converge, is only two blocks away. In addition, Chapultepec Park, Auditorio Nacional, Rufino Tamayo and Museo Nacional de Antropología are just behind the hotel (within walking distance). La Condesa and Roma neighborhoods are less than 10 minutes by taxi. Another plus is the bar! You can have your drinks in a fancy place with good music. On the other hand, guests should be aware that the walls of the rooms are not really "thick". My last night there were a kind of party in the next door and the music sounded too loud. However, the problem was solved with a call to the reception desk (they are really helpful). I really recommend this hotel for your next stay in Mexico City. In my personal point of view, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
“One of the best hotels in the city”
I really loved this hotel, the room was excelent, with a magnificent view an extraordinary service, definetively I will go back. They have an amazing service, they do something called whatever-whenever and you can ask for whatever you want and they send it to your room. The room design is excelent, with a very nice furniture, the place where it is located is one of the most trendy areas in Mexico City, you have near the hotel the nicest bars, restaurants, etc.
“Stylish and comfy”
The W in Mexico City is my favorite hotel in the world, so far. Beautiful design, elegantly comfortable and a very attentive staff to make sure everything is the way YOU want it. The in-room hammock is wonderful.
