Great location, just across the road from Bayside Marketplace. Lots of dining options at Bayside and is a block away from the Miami Heat stadium. Staff were also very courteous and attentive to our needs.

Wonderful property filled with attentive and caring staff. Across the road from Bayside Marketplace makes this such a convenient property to stay in. The elevators are a bit dated and slow, but otherwise, the property itself was wonderful.

The bottoms of our feet became so dirty walking on the carpet in the room. This was a first for us. You have to wear flip flops in the room. I realize this is an inexpensive hotel in Miami but we will not be staying again.

Entire hotel is old and very worn. No Holiday Inn sign outside, hard to find. Outside is very worn as well. Needs to be updated is an understatement. Parking is $45 a day!! That being said, close to everything, beautiful water view across the street, much to do there.

Some of the basic amenities were not available. (I.e. fridge and microwave.) In addition, no clear signs letting you know which stairs to take to get to the main lobby. I had to walk down a set of fire escape stairs only to realize that the door takes me to the back lot and it did not look safe to leave from there. Luckily, only half our party left so we were still able to go back in and go back up to walk to the other set of stairs on the other side.

The first impression one will have when checking in can make or break a vacation. I got a smelly room. When ask if there is another room the answer was no we are full book. (Like that) I ask why you talk with me like that. He told me I just answer your question. Further than this first encounter the remaining part of my stay there was excellent.

Very nice hotel and location except for poor elevator service. Not enough elevators. Took 20 minutes to get on an elevator to check out. Many walked down stairs with luggage. Not a good place to come if you are going on a cruise or here for a sporting event because of inadequate elevator access.

I booked this hotel for 2 reasons. It said that there was a pool....its under renovations though there is no mention of that when booking. Also they were supposed to have shuttle service, which they do not. They also dont remive the homeless from the hotel entrance.

This place is so bad that the Holiday Inn company won’t even put up a sign. We slept in our clothes cause it was disgusting and old. And the “valet” parking is u driving ur own car to a parking lot in the back of this building. Never ever again .

the property was very close to Bayside in Miami, within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and close to the cruise ship port. We stayed overnight to catch the cruise the next day. We arrived at 11 am and they were willing to hold our luggage while we walked around and until our rooms were ready. We also pre-booked a shuttle to the port the next day at reasonable cost per person. I recommend this place.

Dirty, smelled like mold. Very outdated. Housekeeping was super rude. Front desk staff was ok checking in but when we went to check out no one was at the front desk we waited 10 mins. We heard a loud TV on in the back but no one was there checking out. Luggage handler was very nice. I would NEVER EVER stay there again. I do NOT recommend to anyone. There were about 10 people in line waiting for a different room due to the dirtiness and horrible mold smell in their rooms. I had to change our room and when they did it wasn’t much better! Thank god it was just for one night as we were there for a cruise.

Rooms are dirty. Not enough towels-had to literally go down to front desk twice to request bedding for pull out bed and more towels. Tried to call front desk and housekeeping but call would not go thru. The hotel is very convenient but really needs some upkeep. Not happy with it at all.

The hotel is across the street from Bayside Market. There's restaurants and shopping places inside the Bayside market. It's a fun vibe there. The hotel is very dated, but clean. The port of Miami is nearby. You can get third party service to give you a ride to the port, which was very convenient

Very close to the port. Couch bed is very uncomfortable and not great for adults. Overall not bad for the time and location needed.
