I like the option of pool for family and lap pool. Every staff memer that I saw was friendly, polite and available to assist either outdoors or indoors. Beach is clean and beach staff is attentive and friendly. Room was clean and everything worked well. My view of the beach from balcony was amazing. Restaurant food was good, I liked empanadas, salad, and sandwich. I was not a fan of the fries but they were just ok. Drinks were delicious. I liked complementary coffee station in lobby area which is opened in the morning till 10AM. It very clean and has a staff assigned to assist if needed and keep it clean. Elevators are busy and slow in the peak times but otherwise they come quick. Check-in and checkout was very fast. Valet team is super friendly and remember their customers. These guys are energetic and fast with their service.

Angel from front desk was very nice and helpful There is a lady name Sheella who was play a piano beautifully in the lobby while we was waiting for our room to be ready! Overall the whole staff including the beach guys was very welcoming.

Service was very good and check in process was smooth. However, there were a couple times where we had the do not disturb sign on our door and room service would still come in the room. One instance they came into the room just to say they saw our sign and flipped it over which was very strange as we were still in bed. We loved our bartender Jorge who worked on the beach level bar of the resort. His service was excellent and really went out of his way to make my girlfriend and I first day very special.

Guest were rude. Children were noisy. While dining in restaurant kids would be bouncing basketballs and playing loud music on their tablets drowning out the nice music in the restaurant. Staff did not care. Service charges are excessive for what you get. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean but no where near the quality at Trump Hotel in Chicago
