Excellent Hotel
Very nice small hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Great location! You can walk to the beach and even to Cliff Walk. Spacious room, comfortable bed, continental breakfast available 24x7. You can have fresh coffee and toasted bagel with cream cheese at any time! Thank you for making us feel at home! We will come back!

Newport Long Weekend
Our stay at Rhea's Inn by the Sea was enjoyable. Our third floor room had updated furniture which was clean and provided ample storage space. The bathroom was updated, as well. Stairways and public areas were clean, too, although the floor level "lobby" areas looked a little bit dated. It looked like the place had just been painted because the woodwork was so clean, but I have a feeling that the place is just well taken care of. There is a lobby area down by the front desk where fruit, granola bars, muffins, juice, etc, etc are all provided. What a BONUS! The motel is within walking distance to a nearby beach, Clementine's Ice Cream Shop and Flo's Clam Shack. It's also somewhat close to the Cliff Walk and within easy driving distance to downtown Newport. If you're looking for a Hilton with all the amenities, this isn't it, but Rhea's is a very clean, comfortable, quiet, family-owned place.

Great place to stay. Convenient to the beach and the Cliff walking tour not to mention, Flo's Seafood, great fish and chips. Will most definitely stay here again.

Proprietor is on site. He is so nice and helpful. The entire property is so very clean and neat and sweet. We loved it. Breakfast area is PERFECT! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the Newport 1/2 it worked out great. Short easy walk to race start, restaurants, beach. Easy to get into Newport. Clean, accommodating. Would stay here again.

Great find!
I can’t say enough how cute and quaint this little hotel is. Such a great location, super clean with amenities galore. The owner/manager was so kind and attentive, and the lobby was full of everything one could need for a comfortable stay - for free. It’s the little things - and Rheas has that covered. Fresh fruit, breakfast items, snacks, coffee, ice - I couldn’t think of anything more they could have added!

The location was close to a beach some places to eat with in walking distance the building was very clean but some rooms over look and close to the road but still was quiet. The man in the office was very nice and the breakfast was simple but many items to chouse from, I would go back again.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and found Rhea's Inn to be just what we were looking for. Easy parking, check in/out. The property is so clean and well kept and the room was just as nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is walking distance away. When we return to Newport I hope to be able to stay at Rhea's Inn again. Thank you for a great weekend.

This is located just within a few miles of Newport and a very beautiful place to visit. The beach is within walking distance. I would recommend going here. Clean quiet place to stay.

Hidden Gem By The Sea!!!
Came up to celebrate my 55 birthday with the wife. The location is a stones throw from Easton Beach, Cliff Walk, and many great seafood restaurants nearby. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and we just loved the jetted tub in the bathroom. Had shopped around the same area for rooms, but for the price, this Inn is a hidden gem! Will be back before the end of the summer!

We stay at Rhea’s every year. It’s in a great location across the street from the beach and about a mile from downtown. Wonderful staff and the place is spotless. Great continental breakfast too.

We are used to the large 4 star hotel chains but this place had such good reviews that we gave it a chance. They did not lie!! It was so cute, modern, clean. We loved everything about it. Such a great location, super nice staff. Slept fantastic. Will definitely return, as we live only 2 hours away.

The inn was very clean and the room small but comfortable and very clean and resentful updated. Coffee was available all day in the breakfast area. Many eating options around and we were able to walk to the beach and the cliff walk.
