Everything was great. I wish that the bathroom had little extra space around the sink. A little vanity space so we would have room to store some things. Also, the TV was hard to use.

Place is located right of the hiway and room was ok. Carpeting thru out is in need of cleaning BADLY. Stairs to second floor are unacceptable and french toast seemed like two days old.

Beds were fine but the pillows were very small. Very noisy throughout the night both nights of our stay. People talking and yelling with kids running in the halls all night long. No hot coffee available until 7:00am.
Staff more interested in talking on the phone and to other employees instead of customer service.

It was a good experience overall. Clean building, breakfast was offered every morning, nice front desk staff, assistance was fast when asked for additional linens. The only downside was the rooms don't get cleaned every day during a customers stay unless requested. We were told they're cleaned every 3rd day of a stay.

Had two rooms. One had some issues but the staff tried to correct, unfortunately it didn't fix it for more than a minute. The pool is a work in progress and at the time we were there, it had a layer on top of the water.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, but pool area was dirty! Murky water, dirty towels, candy and gum wrappers on the floor! No towels and stuff floating in the pool. Needs serious cleaning, daily!!
