I have stayed at this property a couple times now when I come to town for concerts. It’s super convenient for events at American Family Field. It is always clean and I love how they have Dove products for the shower as well as liquid hand soap available in the rooms. Super clean and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

It is the simple things. They have plates, silverware, coffee etc available at any time for those pizza deliveries etc. Staff was super helpful and happy to help with anything. I also enjoy any hotel that puts out a vat of oatmeal for breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Egg white veggie omelettes were delicious. No packaged pastries. All the food was freshly made. A wonderfully friendly cook was very kind and courteous as she put together the last few details. A wonderful experience for my family. I highly recommend.

We were traveling from 3 hours away to take my granddaughter to Childerens Hospital. We were hit with a snowstorm. 50 mile an hour winds and power outages. I asked to cancel with out being charged due to the circumstances but was denied. Asked to speak with a manager on 3 calls to the property never received a call back. Zero consideration given. Poor customer service.

Staff polite and quick to assist BUT rooms need detail cleaning -- carpet very dirty w/large areas stained; coffee table legs had dry food/other; walls & sofa had soiled areas and bathroom had hair on floor, along walls dust, hair. Elevator walls clean BUT floors very dirty, smoking container at main entrance broken and lying for 2 days in driveway

Beds are very comfortable which made up for the television programming. Couldn’t watch any tv because the screen would get bad and voices would skip on every channel. Room was as very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and modern and updated and all that good stuff. The pool and pool area were very nice as well, clean, well taken care of, and the water was warm. My only complaint was the loud neighbor who was playing music into the morning and you could hear the bass coming through the wall. When I finally called the front desk at 4:15 AM, someone promptly came up and made them turn down the music. That was appreciated. My room was facing a noisy road so it was just a loud and sleepless night.

The power was out when I arrived, there was a blizzard. I was staying because I had to be to work in the early am. It was already 10pm and I had just gotten off work, I couldn’t find or drive to another hotel at this point. I think some or all of my money should be refunded or a credit should be issued
