“Monterrey Mexico Hotel Stay”
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Housekeeping did an extra special job. They added touches to their service not often found in any hotel. Karen at the front desk was very nice and helpful to me. Since I speak only a little Spanish, she was always willing to go the extra mile to help me whenever I needed it. This was a very pleasurable stay.

The hotel needs some maintenance at least on the 2nd floor.
“Good Value”
The hotel was clean and well staffed. I speak little Spanish and there was always counter help that knew English. Breakfast, Included was very good, lots of fresh fruit. When leaving the hotel in the morning I always get a cup of coffee to go. No Freebe here. US $2.50 for a small cup. Ask for room facing the back. At least 2 trains a night pass by the front of the hotel and are required to blow their whistle through intersections. Extremely Loud!
“Fine...but...beware the howling train...!”
Everything was ok, Rooms are clean and very comfortable. You get what you pay for. The one and only bad note: The train that passes nearby, at 2 am, whistles ( or howls ?!) very loudly. It did woke me up.
