Wouldn't call it "luxury"
Don't get me wrong this place was nice and it was a very unique experience, but I wouldn't say it is a "luxury hotel". The views were nice, the staff were really friendly, the pods are cool, and the food was great, but I can name a number of things that could do with improvement and that don't make this place what I would call luxurious: - The pods are a 15min walk from reception all uphill and they don't offer any other means to get you there. - There aren't any formal pathways, just mud tracks. - There aren't any lights to help navigate your way from reception/restaurant to the pods. They give you head torches. - The 'spa' consists of a tiny sauna and bath both outdoors. - You can't control the temperature of your pod. This has to be done by calling reception for them to turn this up/down/on/off (we asked for the aircon to be turned off several times, but it never was and we gave up in the end). - There's no Wi-Fi in the pods.

This was one of the most exceptional experiences I have ever had. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve wracking, however, the setting was surreal. The accommodations were clean, rustic elegance. The view was sublime and the food was exquisite. There are many, many summer and winter activities to participate in. This place is worth traveling across the ocean to stay at!

A Swiss Gem
Whitepod was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay. There are trails directly behind the pods, which are perfect for a hike or run. The restaurant is also phenomenal. Two big thumbs up!

Heaven on earth
One of the Best place I have ever been to. Very clean, amazing decor, unique place. Tasty breakfast. Super customer service. I would definitely come back. Rooms have everything: heater, air conditioner, you can drink tap water! It is so tasty from the mountains.

Hope to come back!
My trip to Whitepod was in April, which isn’t the most ideal time of year to come. The reason being that April is caught between seasons as winter activities have come to a close while spring/summer hasn’t quite kicked off yet. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Whitepod! The staff was great and went out of their way on numerous occasions to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I hope to come back and bring my girlfriend along with me.

The entire stay was amazing. All the staff were super friendly and made our experience unlike any other. The pods were very fun and very clean! Such a peaceful environment and very humbling experience.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist viel zu teuer. Für meinen Hund wurde 30.- pro Tag verrechnet. Leider war sein Futter nicht inklusive.

Le dépaysement tout en confort
Dépaysant et luxe à la fois. La combinaison parfaite de la nature et du confort. La petite marche avant d’accéder au pod donne un côté bucolique à l’expérience. Les profs sont chauds et confortables et surtout l’intimité est présente lorsque l’on est dedans. Goûter et petit déjeuner très bon avec une cuisine maison et un service familiale. On s’y sent bien! Nous recommandons pleinement aussi bien pour une sortie romantique que pour quelques jours en famille!

Schöne Iglus aber eher zu teuer
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Restaurant o.k. (Eher kleine Portionen), Pod sehr schön eingerichtet und Temperatur individuell einstellbar per Pod mit Pellet-Ofen, 2x Ladestationen für Tesla und 1x Typ2 kostenlos (sehr gut!). Ca. 15 Minuten hang rauf zu Fuss bis zu den Iglus und dem Frühstückschalet. Reinigungsdame stand am Abreisetag punkt 11Uhr vor dem Chalet und klopfte an die Eingangsblache (keine Türen, nur Plastikblache mit grossem Reiseverschluss). Preis/Leistung nicht optimal (eher zu teuer).

Très belle découverte! Les pods sont chauffées au poêle. Chambre très confortable. Petit hic, le personnel est venu plusieurs fois nous déranger pour venir faire la chambre alors que nous avions fait une demande pour un late check-out. Mais sinon nous aovns passé un merveilleux séjour.

Je recommande pour un séjour reposant et dépaysant en pleine nature ! Les petits comme les grands apprécient cet hôtel insolite alliant la nature et le confort. Le lit King-size est très confortable, le petit-déj' parfait, les bulles sont très cosy. Nous aimerions retenter l'expérience sous la neige !

Ich habe von diesen Whitepodferien in der Saisonküche gelesen und habe für meine Familie 3 Tage gebucht. War auch für unseren Sohn 13 Jahre und sein Cousin tolle Ferien. Es stand ja im Angebot: Kinder bis 12 Jahre im eigenen Pod. Dass unsere 13 jährigen auch akzeptiert wurden in unserem Pod, fanden wir sehr grosszügig. Es hat ihnen besser gefallen, als in einem Hotel, haben sie gesagt. War ein tolles Erlebnis. Ein Pool wäre cool gewesen. Das Rest. an der Reception hat unseren Jungs nicht so gemundet. Wir fanden es in ordnung. Mit der Sprache hat es bei uns gehappert. Doch es gab sogar 2 Personen die deutsch sprachen oder mit englisch war die Kommunikation auch möglich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir wurden bestens informiert.
