Hotel check in very quick and convenient. For the price the room was a great deal. No frills and clean. Breakfast was very basic, but free and provided food/coffee for those in need. Located next to Chili’s which was a plus for us.

Overall very good rating. My two biggest complaints, the room was small and the lighting in the room was very annoying. There wasn't one lamp in the room, everything was overhead and too bright, with no dimmer. May not sound lig a big thing, but when youre trying to settle into the room for the evening, its not condusive at all. Once again the hotel staff was excellent and everything else I would review and very very good, but the simple things get you sometimes

Too expensive for the price paid. The bathroom didn't even have hand soap, bed was ehhh. The tv a little outdated. It was clean and service was good can't complain. Check in was nice and easy

Good; -Room was small but enough for my needs. Would not book this room if occupying for longer periods at a time -clean -Shower water pressure was good -Bed was comfortable -Decent amount of plug outlets -Large closet -AC powerful -Fridge was good size and very cold -good customer service during check in and out -shops nearby Contructive Feedback; -Bath towels were much smaller than the average that other hotels have -3 pillows only which was odd, with no extras even stashed in the closet -Tv was placed too high on top of wardrope, and no channel guide on the universal remote -Nook next to window could have been lined with padding/cushion, for comfort to use as extra seating -A sheer curtain along with the room darkening curtains should almost be a must, if you want to be able to have daylight. Room was on the bottom floor and window was steps away from people walking by (multiple times, since that was the walking route towards anyone checking in or out) -first time encountering a charge to use the safe (only a few dollars with tax, but if you advise that you didn't use it the charge is removed) -coffee/tea options could have been better -no microwave Can't comment: -Didn't notice, if or where, ice machines were -Did not get opportunity to try breakfast included. Nice hotel as a stop off. Would try a bigger room, if staying multiple nights and for longer periods of time in the room itself. Would definitely ask for a room that is not on the first floor.

The bathroom needed minor repairs concerning the wall paper.. No coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator inside the rm... Although they kindly brought a frig to our rm on the house.... The real downer is this Hotel had no pool...

This property is an embarrassment for Wyndham. We anticipated a small space but this was claustrophobic. Spent $600 on this room for one night due to a concert—what a waste!

I like this property because it’s close to Mohegan sun. I’ve stayed there before… except I was disappointed that they removed the microwave and the refrigerator from the rooms.

The front desk staff didn't speak English well and she was checking us in. She was asking for a deposit for the room but didn't really know how to explain it. The other front desk person had her fingers over her nose and then proceeded to keep snorting and then wiped her nose then handed me my key. Nasty. Then before finishing the casino driver stopped at front desk to say he'd be a few because someone threw up in his truck. Those people went into the elevator before us staggering. So we had to take the elevator that those people went into. Again not their issue just bad timing.
